Quiddity Films is a London-based production company, established and run by award-winning producer, Emily Morgan. With a visionary, diverse and internationally-driven slate, Quiddity is developing and producing content with partners across the world. 

In 2018, Emily was awarded a BAFTA for Outstanding Debut for I Am Not A Witch. The critically-acclaimed first feature, written and directed by Rungano Nyoni, premiered at Cannes, screened at the Toronto Film Festival and Sundance, was nominated for an Independent Spirit Award and won three British Independent Film Awards.

Quiddity Films was a recipient of a prestigious BFI Vision Award in 2016, allowing the company to expand its slate and continue to support emerging filmmakers. Its next project, the female-driven, psychological thriller Make Up, is the feature debut of award-winning short film director, Claire Oakley. The film was green-lit through iFeatures with support from the BFI, BBC Films and Creative England and is currently in post-production.

Emily is a graduate of the NFTS producing MA and a member of ACE Producers. She was featured as a Screen Star of Tomorrow in 2015 and a Future Leader in 2018. Most recently, Quiddity Films was selected as one of the UK’s top emerging production companies in Screen Daily’s Brit 50 list.
